Refund Policy

Free plan
The Free plan never costs money. No refunds needed.
Paid plans
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and have processed fewer than 5 VODs (or 50 title generations on Stream Insights), we'll refund the full amount.
After 14 days, or once the usage thresholds above are exceeded, paid plans are non-refundable for the current billing period but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next charge.
Yearly plans
Same 14-day window. If you cancel after 14 days, we'll refund the remaining unused months minus the monthly-equivalent price for the months used.
Service failures
If a VOD job fails due to our service, we'll re-process it for free or credit the equivalent quota — no refund needed.

Email support@gosparkio.com with your account email and order details. We process refunds within 5 business days.
