Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Sparkio (gosparkio.com) ("Sparkio", "we", "us"). By using the service you are entering into a contract with Sparkio. Contact: support@gosparkio.com.

2. Acceptance

By using Sparkio, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. The service

Sparkio provides AI-assisted streaming tools including title generation, VOD clipping, and analytics. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. Your account

You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA). You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to VODs and content you submit. You grant Sparkio a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you upload.

6. Acceptable use

  • No copyright infringement — don't process VODs you don't have rights to
  • No content depicting illegal acts, hate, harassment, or CSAM
  • No abuse of free-tier limits via multiple accounts
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access without permission

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for all purchases.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

9. Usage limits

Each plan has documented per-VOD length and monthly VOD quotas. We may rate-limit or temporarily suspend accounts that exceed published fair-use thresholds.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

11. Intellectual property

Sparkio and its underlying software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Sparkio. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the service under your plan.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may contain errors — review before publishing.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparkio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notice.
